Based in Changsha, GUANYING DESIGN focuses on corporate headquarters office spaces for enterprises in Hunan and across China, with particular strength in projects of 5,000–10,000 m² and larger. Starting with business strategy, collaboration and brand culture, we coordinate work, meeting, reception and social spaces to express corporate character and support long-term development. Our strength lies in connecting spatial design with multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project, bringing together building services, fire protection, smart systems, lighting, furniture and styling. We understand project approval and construction submission processes and the associated design coordination. When adapting different types of existing buildings for office use, we assess building conditions, user needs and implementation constraints, developing a systematic approach from functional reorganization and technical coordination to on-site design support. The knowledge library discusses workplace planning, furniture selection, carpet, lighting, acoustics, meeting technology, breakout areas, storage and renovation; it is not a product catalogue.
