# 办公室地毯，怎样兼顾脚下与日常

办公室地毯常被当作色彩选择，其实脚下承接的是每天重复的经过、转椅和清洁。入口、工位、会议室与茶水区面对的使用条件不同，不必用同一种地面回答所有问题。先梳理容易弄脏、需要频繁移动和希望保持安静的区域，再讨论纹理与颜色。

Office carpet is often treated as a colour choice, yet it receives repeated foot traffic, chair movement and cleaning every day. Entrances, workstations, meeting rooms and pantries face different conditions and need not all use the same flooring. Identify areas prone to soiling, frequent movement and a preference for quiet before discussing texture and colour.

## 从使用分区开始

Start with Patterns of Use

入口带入的水迹、打印区的纸屑、茶水附近的洒落，需要分别考虑处理方式。容易接触水的地方，可以比较其他地面做法与地毯的衔接，而不是让织物表面一直延伸到操作台前。交界位置还要检查行走、推车和清洁是否顺手。

Consider tracked-in moisture at entrances, paper scraps at printers and spills near pantries separately. Where water contact is likely, compare other floor finishes and their junctions with carpet rather than extending a textile surface right up to the counter. At transitions, check walking, trolley movement and ease of cleaning.

例如，接待路线穿过开放办公区时，可以用适度的色彩变化提示方向，但不宜把整片地面做成复杂图案。家具已经提供了不少视觉信息，地面过于强烈，会让桌椅变化后的布局显得局促，也增加局部替换时的匹配难度。

For example, if a visitor route passes through an open office, restrained colour changes can suggest direction without turning the whole floor into a complex pattern. Furniture already contributes visual information; a dominant floor pattern can constrain later layouts and make local replacement harder to match.

## 整片效果与局部更换的取舍

Balance a Continuous Appearance with Local Replacement

块毯便于讨论局部替换和分区组合，但接缝、方向和批次差异需要提前确认。整幅铺设可以形成连续观感，却也要考虑运输、铺装和维修范围。两种方式都不能只看小样，应把拼接关系放到真实房间尺度中判断。

Carpet tiles offer options for local replacement and zoning, but joints, laying direction and batch differences need early review. Broadloom can create a continuous appearance, while transport, installation and repair areas also matter. Neither should be judged from a small swatch alone; assess the joints at the scale of the room.

预留替换材料时，应记录对应区域、铺设方向和确认样品。深色并不等于无需清洁，浅色也不能仅凭印象排除。让清洁人员一起看样，结合实际污渍类型与现有工具讨论，比笼统地称某种颜色耐脏更有参考价值。

When retaining replacement material, record its intended area, laying direction and approved sample. Dark colours still need cleaning, and light colours should not be ruled out on impression alone. Reviewing samples with cleaning staff against likely stains and available tools is more useful than broadly labelling a colour as dirt-resistant.

## 样品要连同基层一起看

Assess Samples Together with the Subfloor

脚感和椅轮移动不仅取决于表面，还与基层、连接方式及整体铺装有关。先检查原地面的状态，再核对门扇、地插和相邻材料的收口。若基层问题没有处理，仅更换面层可能让原有起伏或接缝问题继续出现。

Underfoot feel and chair movement depend on the subfloor, fixing method and complete installation as well as the surface. Check the existing floor first, then door clearances, floor outlets and junctions with adjacent materials. Replacing only the finish may leave existing unevenness or joint problems unresolved.

效果图中的灰色纹理只能说明视觉设想，不能确认纤维、背衬或声音表现。需要比较这些内容时，应查看具体材料资料与样品，并按项目条件进行核对。地毯可以是声环境讨论的一部分，却不能代替隔墙和门的设计。

A grey texture in a rendering conveys a visual intention, not fibre type, backing or acoustic performance. Compare those through specific material information and samples, checked against project conditions. Carpet can form part of an acoustic discussion, but cannot replace the design of partitions and doors.

## 把维护写进选择条件

Make Maintenance Part of the Choice

最终检查不妨沿着一条真实路线进行：从入口到工位，再到会议室。观察接缝、门口和家具脚下是否便于清理，确认污渍出现后的处理人、局部更换方式与材料存放位置。选择的边界越清楚，日后处理小问题时越容易找到依据。

For the final check, follow a real route from entrance to desk to meeting room. Review cleaning access at joints, doorways and under furniture, and establish who deals with stains, how local replacement works and where spare material is stored. Clear selection criteria provide a useful reference when minor issues arise later.
