Entrances, lobbies, workstations, meeting rooms and pantry areas face different use frequencies and maintenance conditions. High-traffic positions need wear resistance and easy cleaning; positions exposed to water need suitability; places where people frequently touch walls need attention to texture and post-impact treatment.

总部办公空间的材料表，不应只是产品名称与色号的集合。材料的使用部位、基层条件、尺寸限制和维护方式，也应纳入讨论。某种材料在样板间里合适，不代表可以不加判断地铺满整个总部。判断的依据，应当来自具体场景，而不是价格或流行程度。

The material schedule of headquarters space should not be just a collection of product names and color codes. The position of use, substrate conditions, dimensional limits and maintenance methods should also be part of the discussion. A material that suits a sample room does not mean it can cover the whole headquarters without judgment. The basis for decisions should come from concrete scenarios, not price or fashion.

材料之间的关系，比单独展示每一种材料更重要。颜色、纹理、光泽和分格如果各自争夺注意力，空间容易显得杂乱；如果只追求视觉统一，又可能忽视不同区域的实际要求。克制是建立主次，让每一种材料都有明确的角色。

The relationship between materials matters more than displaying each material alone. If color, texture, gloss and joints each compete for attention, the space easily becomes chaotic; if only visual unity is pursued, the actual requirements of different zones may be ignored. Restraint is establishing hierarchy, giving every material a clear role.

The lobby and meeting spaces in the Fuercheng proposal offer different scenes for reading material layering. Corporate character can be expressed through overall order, local touch and detail — not necessarily through many expensive finishes. The case images are design proposals and cannot replace product samples, test documentation or actual construction results.

会议讨论、开放办公和公共交流，对声音的要求并不相同。大面积硬质表面可能影响空间中的声音反射，软质界面也并非放得越多越好。材料、房间尺度、隔断与设备噪声，需要放在同一个声学问题里考虑。

Meeting discussions, open offices and public exchange have different acoustic needs. Large hard surfaces can affect sound reflection in a space, yet more soft interfaces is not automatically better. Materials, room scale, partitions and equipment noise should be considered within one acoustic question.

选材同时应关注适用的安全与环保要求，由项目相关专业结合用途和当地要求核实。不能因为材料具有自然纹理，就直接认定它环保；也不能把某一张产品证书当作整个空间使用效果的保证。表达应有依据，必要时需要样品、资料与专业评估共同支持。

Selection should also respect applicable safety and environmental requirements, verified by the relevant disciplines against intended use and local requirements. Natural texture does not by itself make a material environmentally friendly, and a single product certificate cannot guarantee the performance of an entire space. Expression needs evidence; where necessary, samples, documentation and professional assessment together provide support.

墙与地、木与石、金属与玻璃的交界，是材料效果能否成立的重要位置。分格、转角、收边和检修方式，应在深化阶段讨论，而不是等材料到场后再拼接。设计中的一条细线，到了现场可能需要多种构件配合。

The junctions between wall and floor, wood and stone, metal and glass are where material effects stand or fall. Grids, corners, edge treatments and access methods should be discussed in the detailed design stage, not pieced together after materials arrive. A thin line in the design may require multiple components working together on site.

In real implementation, material dimensions, processing conditions and installation sequence must still be confirmed. Key positions verified through detail drawings, samples and site communication help reduce proportion failures and maintenance difficulties caused by ad-hoc handling.

交付不是材料工作的终点。清洁方式是否容易执行，局部损坏能否替换，后续是否能找到同规格产品，都影响长期使用。预算讨论也应包含这些因素，而不是只比较首次采购的单价。适度保留备品与清楚的材料记录，往往比复杂装饰更实用。

Delivery is not the end of material work. Whether cleaning methods are easy to execute, whether local damage can be replaced, and whether the same specification can be found later all affect long-term use. Budget discussions should include these factors rather than comparing only first-purchase unit prices. Keeping reasonable spares and clear material records is often more practical than elaborate decoration.
